Time & energy
ADHD Genius is for the woman who is in a growth season, is obsessed with her work, is a multipassionate leader with a full life and a fast brain.
ADHD Genius is where we look at your work and mission and how ADHD impacts your business results: where inconsistency is costing you revenue, where your way of working is affecting your reputation, and where unfinished ideas and avoidance are creating an opportunity cost that you can no longer afford.
You already have experienced what happens in your brain when everything clicks.
There are periods when your brain feels incredibly fast and everything seems to connect.
You see opportunities that other people don’t see. You make decisions quickly.
You become deeply absorbed in your work.
You create, solve problems, and move projects forward with an energy that makes you wonder why everything cannot always feel this easy.
Then novelty disappears and project tasks become repetitive, or you encounter resistance and rejection and lose trust in your goal.
When someone doesn’t respond to your message or a client situation triggers rejection sensitivity,
you suddenly have five new ideas that feel more aligned than the one you were working on and have no focus or desire to follow through.
When you postpone something important and start another thing, then another,
and you end up looking at a collection of unfinished projects and wondering why a woman who is clearly capable of so much cannot seem to make herself execute consistently and get results that compound.
You may have started interpreting that inconsistency as a problem with your character, not trying enough, or not having what it takes to reach your dreams.
You’ve been told you lack discipline, that you are unreliable, that you need to become more organized, or that you simply need to try harder.
I want you to consider a different explanation.
What if ADHD is not your superpower?
What if ADHD is not the whole story?
What if there is another way of working that will finally fit your interests and needs?
The problem isn’t your ambition, your intelligence, or your business strategy.
Many women with ADHD do not have an information problem.
They already know what they should be doing.
They have taken the courses, read the books, saved the posts, built the plans, and learned the strategies.
The problem appears in the space between knowing and executing.
Follow-up
You know that you need to follow up with a potential client and still avoid opening the conversation because the possibility of rejection already feels uncomfortable.
Visibility
You know that your launch needs consistent visibility and still disappear when the initial excitement wears off.
Performance
You perform at an exceptionally high level in one environment and then struggle dramatically when the rhythm, relationships, or nature of the work changes.
Priorities
You have a calendar full of priorities and genuinely believe that all of them need to happen immediately.
Ideas
You have a business idea that you genuinely believe in and still keep postponing the work required to bring it to market.
This is why ADHD Genius does not begin with another training or strategy.
It begins by understanding how you actually operate and where your time, money, and energy leak despite all your efforts to progress and grow.
I learned this before I understood why it was happening.
Early in my career, I had what felt like the perfect job.
I worked in retail at Bershka, and everything about the environment suited me. I loved the rhythm, the people, the pace, and the nature of the work. I was so engaged that I would voluntarily come in during my free time, make changes, take initiative, and behave as though I were already responsible for the whole store.
I had no idea how ADHD was involved.
Because I was performing so well, I assumed the next step would naturally be even better.
I moved toward Zara and went to Bucharest for management training.
Within one week, I became the worst employee.
I was anxious, forgetful, and intimidated. I struggled to understand what was expected of me. I made mistakes. I had no ideas. I felt completely incapable.
The company eventually moved me back to Bershka.
Not so you can ignore the parts that are genuinely difficult.
Almost immediately, I was performing well again.

Years later, I experienced a similar pattern in the corporate world.
I could perform extremely well in one account where the environment was chaotic, fast-moving, and required constant problem-solving.
When I moved to a much more structured account with extensive processes, trackers, and repetitive administrative work, my performance deteriorated dramatically.
The person had not changed.
The intelligence had not changed.
The ambition had not changed.
The way the work needed to be done had changed.
Once I understood ADHD and strengths, those experiences finally made sense.
Performance is contextual.
The environment, rhythm, relationships, autonomy, and nature of the work can profoundly affect how well an ADHD brain is able to function.
That realization became one of the foundations of the way I now work with clients.
This is the kind of work we will do inside ADHD Genius.
We will not assume that the answer is always to become more organized, to try harder, or to do better.
We will look at the actual situation and ask:
What needs to change so that this genius woman can perform at her best while still being herself?
You do not need to rebuild your entire life every time something stops working.
Sometimes you need to stop doing a particular type of work altogether.
Sometimes the answer is a completely different role or business.
Sometimes it is not.
Sometimes you need a different client.
Sometimes you need more autonomy.
Sometimes you need a different rhythm.
Sometimes you need to remove unnecessary processes.
Sometimes you need to change the way you communicate your capacity.
And sometimes the most important change is simply creating an external system that prevents a predictable ADHD difficulty from becoming a business problem.

THIS IS WHY ADHD GENIUS IS NOT ANOTHER ADHD EDUCATION PROGRAM.
You do not need to become an expert on ADHD.
You need to understand ADHD well enough to recognize how it affects your decisions, your execution, your energy, and your business.
You need to know what to do when you notice those patterns.
And you need enough external support that you are not expected to solve an executive-function problem entirely through your own executive function that is impacted by ADHD.
That is why the program combines ADHD expertise with strengths work, business strategy, implementation support, and time and energy management.
We are not treating these as separate problems.
They are connected parts of the way you operate.
THE 4 PILLARS
The work begins with your natural genius because your strengths should dictate how you work, build, and lead your business.

That is why your strengths should dictate your business model.
PILLAR 1: NATURAL GENIUS & STRENGTHS
Your strengths are not simply characteristics you can list in a report. →
They can help you understand the kind of work in which you create your highest value, the environments in which you perform well, the activities that naturally activate your attention, and the ways in which you can contribute differently from other people in your market.
Inside ADHD Genius, we will identify where you are naturally exceptional and then look at how those strengths can become more visible in your business.
You may already know that you are good at something.
The more valuable question is:
How is that ability valuable to your clients and your market?
PILLAR 2: REVENUE ARCHITECTURE
Then we look at where ADHD is affecting your revenue. →
ADHD can influence revenue in ways that have very little to do with your ability to sell.
You may postpone an important launch because you do not trust yourself to execute it.
You may spend money on another program because novelty makes a new solution feel more compelling than finishing the one you already have.
You may avoid following up because rejection sensitivity makes a potential “no” feel more immediate than the potential revenue.
You may keep too many ideas alive at the same time and distribute your energy so widely that none of them receives enough attention.
You may have an excellent offer that is not generating enough money simply because you are not consistently doing the activities that bring people toward it.
Inside ADHD Genius, we will identify these leaks and decide what needs to change.

The objective is not to promise that we will double your revenue.
The objective is to understand where your current way of operating is preventing the business from receiving the value you are already capable of creating.
PILLAR 3: REPUTATION & FOLLOW-THROUGH
Then we strengthen the reputation that supports your growth. →
Your reputation is not limited to your social media presence.
It is also created by what happens after somebody decides to work with you.
It is influenced by whether you follow through on what you promised, whether you communicate when something changes, whether your estimates are realistic, whether you follow up when you said you would, and whether your clients can confidently recommend you to someone else.
ADHD can interfere with all of these things.
The solution is not to tell yourself to “be more careful.”
We will look for the specific points where your current way of working creates risk and build systems around them.

The goal is simple:
Your clients should experience the quality of your work, not the cost of your executive-function challenges.
PILLAR 4: TIMEWISE™ CAPACITY PLANNING
Then we bring your time and energy into the equation. →
A business plan is only useful if your actual life can support it.
You cannot plan every week as though your energy, focus, and executive function will be identical every day.
Inside ADHD Genius, we use the principles behind my TimeWise method to plan around your actual capacity.
We consider your high-energy periods, your low-energy periods, transitions between activities, competing responsibilities, recovery, and the type of work that requires the most cognitive effort.
We do not create a schedule designed to make you look like you do not have ADHD.

We create a way of working that takes ADHD into account.
The four months are designed to build on each other.
October:
Understand how you actually work
We will map your strengths, ADHD needs, goals, current business model, capacity, and the places where you are losing money or energy.
You will begin to see the patterns that sit underneath what previously looked like a collection of unrelated problems.
November:
Revenue and execution
We will identify the activities that actually create revenue, the activities that consume energy without enough return, and the ways ADHD is interfering with your ability to complete high-value work.
We will also look at the ideas you have already started and determine which ones deserve to move forward.
December:
Reputation and visibility
We will look at how your way of working affects your clients, prospects, collaborators, team, and market presence.
The objective is to create more consistency between the quality you know you can deliver and what people actually experience from you.
January:
Time and energy management
We will use the TimeWise approach to integrate your personal and professional priorities into your actual calendar and create a rhythm that allows you to continue executing without relying on urgency, panic, or unrealistic expectations.

ADHD Genius starts on October 21.
This is not an evergreen program that you can join whenever you feel ready.
We start together, work together, and create the rhythm that makes the implementation possible.
Because the woman who needs this work most is often the same woman who will say:
“I’ll join when things calm down.”
But things rarely calm down by themselves.
The business continues.
The ideas continue.
The opportunities continue.
And ADHD continues to influence how you respond to all of it.
At some point, the question becomes less about whether you know enough.
It becomes about whether you are ready to build a way of working that can support the person you already know you are capable of becoming.
You do not need to fix yourself before you build the business you want.
You need to design around the parts of ADHD that affect your execution.
You need support when your internal systems stop working.
You need to understand how you work.
You need to know where your strengths create exceptional value.
And you need a way to return to what matters instead of constantly starting over.
ADHD Genius is where we do that work together.
If you know that your business has more potential than your current way of working can consistently hold, this is the room for you.
ADHD GENIUS · WITH OANA VINCZE
Wednesdays at 6 PM CEE · October to January · ZOOM
The reason this is a live experience is that your real problems will not arrive according to the curriculum.
You may understand something about your ADHD in October and then discover in November that the same pattern appears in your sales process.
You may decide what your priority is and then find yourself three weeks later deeply involved in a completely different project.
You may have a difficult client conversation and realize that rejection sensitivity is influencing a decision you were about to make.
You may suddenly lose interest in something that was previously exciting.
These are the moments when the right support matters.
Instead of waiting until the next program module tells you what to do, you can bring the situation into the room and work through it.
That is why ADHD Genius includes ongoing support rather than simply a sequence of lessons.
01
You will have nine live implementation sessions throughout the four months.
These sessions are not designed to give you more information to consume.
We will work directly on your business and your way of operating.
Depending on what you need, we may work on your business model, marketing, sales, an unfinished project, a revenue problem, a client situation, your calendar, your energy, your priorities, or an ADHD pattern that is preventing you from moving forward.
The objective of each session is to create clarity around what matters and help you identify the next action that makes sense.
02
You will also have a weekly ADHD-focused space inside Telegram.
Every week, you can bring the ADHD-related challenge that is currently affecting your work.
You can ask a question, describe what is happening, share a difficult moment, or ask for help understanding why something that seems simple has suddenly become impossible to start.
When a topic requires more context, I will create short trainings rather than expecting you to search through a huge library of ADHD information.
The purpose is to give you enough clarity to move forward.
03
You will also have an ongoing Inner Circle with the other members.
This gives you a place for accountability, body doubling, progress updates, questions, and wins.
One of the most useful things about working with other people who understand ADHD is that you do not have to spend half the conversation explaining why something that looks simple from the outside is difficult for you.
You can simply say what is happening.
The group can help you regain perspective, reconnect with your priority, and return to the work.
The goal is not to eliminate every ADHD challenge.
That would be the wrong promise.
You will still have days when your attention is difficult to direct.
You will still have moments of overwhelm.
You will still experience rejection sensitivity.
You will still become interested in something new.
You will still occasionally procrastinate.
That is what sustainable ADHD management looks like in real life.
The difference is that you become much better at recognizing what is happening and responding to it without turning the moment into a three-week detour.
You learn how to recover.
You learn how to externalize what your brain struggles to hold internally.
You learn how to make decisions using criteria rather than temporary emotional states.
You learn how to return to the work.
That is what sustainable ADHD management looks like in real life.
ADHD Genius is for women who are ready to build from their strengths and genius instead of constantly compensating for their weaknesses.
This experience is for you if you already have something you want to build, grow, or change.
You may be an entrepreneur, founder, consultant, coach, expert, or professional with significant responsibility.
You may already have clients and revenue.
You may be at the beginning of your business but know that your ideas are bigger than your current execution.
What matters is that you are ready to stop treating your difficulties as evidence that you are incapable.
You are willing to examine how you work, make changes, and use external support where you need it.
This experience will not be useful if you are looking for another program to consume.
ADHD Genius is not a library of productivity videos.
It is not a course where you collect strategies and hope that motivation will make you implement them.
It is not a place where we spend four months discussing how difficult ADHD is.
And it is not designed to convince you that ADHD is a superpower.
ADHD is a condition that creates real challenges.
Your strengths are also real.
The work is learning how to account for both.
You are not required to choose between being highly capable and having real limitations.
You can be the woman who has an extraordinary vision and still needs external accountability.
You can be exceptionally good at strategy and struggle with administration.
You can be ambitious and have days when your energy is low.
You can be deeply committed to your business and still need help following through.
You can have ADHD and build something substantial.
You can have strengths that make you exceptional and still need systems to support the areas where ADHD creates friction.
You do not need to become a different person to grow your business.
You need to understand yourself well enough to build one that fits.
